Separate fact from conclusion.
What was said, what you felt and what you concluded are different pieces. Amia helps keep them apart.
A private AI for teams to prepare for difficult conversations at work.
ExploreA company benefit. A private space for each person.
Before overload becomes leave, before a good person walks away and before conflict becomes formal, there is often a conversation that someone did not know how to begin.
Amia Work helps each person separate what happened from what they concluded, prepare what needs to be said and leave with a usable next step.
The company offers the space. It does not receive the individual conversation.
A possible opening
“With the new delivery, I need to revisit what fits by Friday. I would like us to agree on what stays a priority and what can wait.”
Before the conversation
Bring the current list and the time each item requires. The priority decision belongs to the manager; the complete picture is what you bring.
The product itself currently operates in Brazilian Portuguese. Real product screens are shown as they exist today.
Each conversation can leave a decision, an open question or a next step. Amia can begin there the next time.
HR and managers do not receive individual conversations, notes or drafts. Identity and content live in separate vaults, and conversation content is encrypted at rest.
The company receives aggregate adoption and billing information only when the applicable anonymity thresholds are met.
Participation is voluntary and contractually excluded from performance evaluation and HR decisions.

What was said, what you felt and what you concluded are different pieces. Amia helps keep them apart.
An impossible deadline or an expectation no one agreed on can be a process problem. Amia does not automatically turn it into personal failure.
Compare paths, make a choice and leave with something concrete: a conversation outline, a message draft or a decision map.

Ask for a raise, decline a new demand or prepare a candid conversation.

Separate what was said from what you heard and decide what still needs clarification.

Put the gains, losses and unknowns of each path side by side before choosing.

Measure the load and prepare a request for an explicit priority decision.

Yes. Not every conversation needs to end in a plan.
