Terms for using Amia Work.
Nature of the service
Amia Work is an AI product for reflection about work, preparation of conversations and organization of possible next steps. It is not therapy, psychological or psychiatric care, diagnosis, an emergency service, a formal reporting channel, legal advice or a substitute for qualified human professionals.
Access and acceptable use
Access is granted through participating organizations and is personal. People must be at least 18, protect their credentials and use the service lawfully. Attempts to bypass security, interfere with the service, violate another person’s privacy or use the product for prohibited harmful purposes are not allowed.
Employer relationship
Participation is voluntary. The employer does not receive individual conversation content or individual-use details. Amia Work does not replace the organization’s workplace duties, risk-management obligations, internal channels or professional responsibilities.
Plans and pilot
Pilot scope, budget and payment conditions are agreed with the contracting organization. Features may evolve during the pilot. There is no standard international offering today; any partnership outside Brazil depends on separate requirements and agreement.
