Amia Work helps people make sense of difficult work situations, prepare conversations and organize a next step. The organization offers access, while individual conversations remain outside HR and manager visibility.
Who builds it
Amia Work is developed by Amia Interactive Ltda, a Brazilian artificial intelligence company founded in Rio de Janeiro by Pedro A. Brêtas. The product combines guided reflection, continuity between conversations and concrete outputs such as a conversation outline, a message draft or a decision map.
Privacy as product architecture
Identity and conversation content are stored in separate vaults. Content is encrypted at rest. The contracting organization receives aggregate adoption and billing information under anonymity thresholds, not the content or individual use of conversations.
Limits
Amia Work is an AI. It does not replace therapy, clinical care, technical risk assessment, formal reporting channels or legal advice. It does not diagnose and does not guarantee compliance with Brazilian workplace regulations.
Where it is available
The product is currently structured for organizations in Brazil and operates in Brazilian Portuguese. Organizations outside Brazil can contact us to explore a partnership, but any path depends on language, legal, privacy, support and operational requirements.
