Separate identity and content
Account identity is stored separately from conversation content. Conversation content, artifacts and memory are encrypted at rest and associated with an internal pseudonym rather than the person’s name or email.
What the employer receives
The contracting organization does not receive individual conversations, artifacts, memory or individual-use information. It can receive aggregate billing and adoption information under anonymity thresholds described in the official policy.
External AI processing
Conversation content is processed by an external AI provider over encrypted connections. The person’s real identity does not accompany the content. The provider is contractually restricted from using content to train its models. Retention and possible abuse-review conditions are described in the complete policy.
Security and data rights
Amia Work uses encryption in transit and at rest, separated access roles, managed encryption keys and encrypted backups. Under the LGPD, people may exercise rights such as confirmation, access, correction and deletion through oi@falecomamia.com, subject to the conditions in the official policy.

The product operates in Brazilian Portuguese and is structured for Brazil. This English overview does not create an international offering or replace the Brazilian legal documents.
